Please note – unlike with Airbnb and some other Booking Agents,
there is NO BOOKING FEE and no additional "Cleaning Charge" added on at Checkout.
The only additional cost is a Damages Deposit of £100 per booking.
Subject to all being well, the deposit is automatically returned to you within 14 days of your departure.
BOOKing terms
A 25% Non-Returnable Deposit must be paid
within 3 days of the booking being made.
The balance is required at least 6 weeks before your arrival date.
Any bookings made less than 6 weeks before your arrival date must be paid in full.
Bookings within 14 days of your arrival date are only by special arrangement.
